Mediation
If you and other heirs want to reach a division of an inheritance or estate together, you may benefit from mediation. Mediation is a way to resolve disputes and discussions out of court. All parties are in control and can come to a settlement without the intervention of a judge.
The mediator is a neutral third party who guides the parties in finding an agreement. The mediator does not take sides and creates an environment in which the parties can reach a solution themselves.
A distribution of an inheritance or estate can often involve a tangle of discussions. Especially if there are a lot of heirs. Out of respect for the deceased, it can be important that you can come to a solution together that benefits all heirs.
We can assist you with this from our extensive experience in family matters.
